Julie Kaneb brings a background in research, consulting and finance to 8Blue Talent Partners. After working for several years in Washington D.C. in policy and academic organizations at The Heritage Foundation and Georgetown University, Julie transitioned into financial analysis in the telecommunications industry, where she was a business development analyst with MCI. In recent years, Julie served as an executive coach for non-profits with the Social Innovation Forum in Boston, preparing non-profit leaders to market their mission and social impact metrics to the business, philanthropic, and government communities in the greater Boston area.
Julie joined 8Blue Talent Partners in 2013 and brings her cross-functional experience to bear in her executive search role. Julie specializes in deep and broad research and combines an analytical approach with an innate understanding of the importance of fit in organizations and strong relationship management skills. Her experience in honing client messaging directly influences her communication skills in the human capital arena.
Julie graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in Politics and a Program in Russian Studies. She received an MBA from Columbia University with a concentration in finance and international business. Julie is on the Board of the Nativity School of Worcester and is active in other non-profit organizations.
